ThVoice collects minimal information necessary to provide our AI voice generation service:
We use your information solely to: provide and improve our voice generation service; manage your subscription and usage limits; and communicate important account updates.
Your account data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Audio processing is handled through our trusted partners (SiliconFlow) under strict data processing agreements. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.
We use browser local storage to save your preferences, authentication tokens, and generation history. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics are used.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at help@thvoice.com.
ThVoice is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

By accessing or using ThVoice ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ThVoice provides AI-powered text-to-speech and voice cloning services. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or quality of generated audio.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person; duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended.
You agree NOT to use the Service to: generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights; clone voices without the original speaker's consent; spam or abuse the system; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our models.
Free tier includes 1,000 characters/month. Pro subscription ($19/month) includes 500,000 characters/month. Billing is handled through DodoPayments. Usage resets monthly. Unused characters do not roll over.
You retain rights to audio generated from your original text. However, you are responsible for ensuring your use of generated audio complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
ThVoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or exceed fair usage limits.
We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
